Hello From St. Maarten!
It has been especially warm in St. Maarten this week! People have said to stay indoors between 10 and 4. The humidity has one soaking wet even for short periods in the sun. It does take some getting used to. The weather will get increasingly hotter until the end of September. June to September is Hurricane season. Let's hope it's uneventful!
We were able to enjoy English Connect to begin our Week.
Elder Hunter and Elder Lacey were a Great Support .
Then Preparing to teach Relief Society on Mother's Day Sunday , deserved a special Treat. It was a sweet gesture for the Sister missionaries to make me Mother's Day cards Too! I Loved talking to Our Children and receiving text messages from our Grandchildren. It was exciting to have two of our granddaughters celebrating their first Mother's Day. We are thrilled to have our Two Sweet Great Grandchildren, Braeden and Adeline, in our Family.
Thank You, Sister Aubuchon and Sister Cruz!
Braeden
What a Wonderful Addition these Two Little Ones are to our Family!!!
Happy Mother's Day to All Mother's and also to those that are Mothering.
Thank You Elders.
After Preparation Day Shopping we all treated ourselves to Lunch.
Immigration and Branch Clerk work have kept us busy. We could hardly believe we had come this far with our shredding. The earliest documents so far were 1987!
We have had lots of Meetings and visits this week. Elder V is adding newly found information every day. We had no idea how much work is needed.
Our six missionaries are such a great help . We divided a list of over 200+ names to help with visits. We find bringing a treat along really helps. Thus our oven has had a real work out!!!
We are still in Awe at the Beautiful surroundings we have to enjoy each and every day!
We hope you have a Wonderful Week!
